SHOTGUN. Cal. 12 ga. S# 27343. Matches on receiver and barrel extension. Bbl. 20". Barrel marked on right side "J STEVENS ARMS COMPANY / DIVISION OF SAVAGE ARMS CORPORATION / CHICOPEE FALLS, MASS. U.S.A.". Left side of barrel marked "PROOF TESTED-12 GAUGE / 2 3/4" CHAMBER". Receiver is marked on left side over trigger guard "U.S.". Marked over loading port "MODEL 620". Marked on forward end of receiver "P / flaming bomb". Top of barrel extension and receiver marked "P". Right side of barrel extension has "P / flaming bomb". Ventilated handguard with bayonet attachment. Brass bead sight. Bayonet attachment has notable plum hue. Handguard is blued. Walnut buttstock and slide handle are not checkered. Flat steel buttplate with transverse grooves. Buttplate is notably proud of stock on right side. Brown leather military style sling. CONDITION: entire gun has a professional refinish with light wear and scattered handling marks leaving a very attractive finish. Very good shiny bore.
